Great atmosphere, with good selection on the menu. The beer is amazing. Very reasonable priced with decent portion. Service is great and attentive, always checking on us to see how things are. Plenty of parking in the area.

"Amazing Place for Large Groups" says Samantha J

I came here with a group of about 15 people on Saturday April 12 for dinner. We were downstairs with another large group—I guess the area is designated a "party room" of sorts. The service was great, servers attentive and the food was amazing! Great selection of drinks and delicious authentic Mexican cuisine. (P.S. You eat free if you're celebrating your birthday.) Two thumbs up!

Not only does this place have great food, but they serve it in moderate portions at a decent price. The prawn ceviche rocked as well as the tortilla soup. I left feeling full but not stufeed.

Mexican food in Vancouver is usually not enjoyable for me. Until La Casita, I hadn't found a place that even remotely resembles Mexican food. La Casita though, they've got it down. Whoever is cooking in the back knows whats up.

We started with a pitcher of margaritas, which was delicious and had just the right amount of tequila. We ordered some nachos to start - we had a craving for them since we read about Foundation's but couldn't eat there due to allergies - and they were solid. The chips were fresh flour ones, and loaded with cheese and beans. They also gave us chips and salsas -- the green one is bomb.com, let me tell you. Loved that salsa.

Our table ordered the enchilada special, chile rellenos, tortilla soup and flautas. Everything was really tasty - the chile relleno was nice and spicy, with a tasty egg batter, and full of cheese. The tortilla soup was loaded with fresh avocado, and the enchiladas were packed with flavor.

The service was really fast, and our drinks were always full. Def. planning to come back for Margarita Mondays!

They have the best tortilla soup in the city (I usually order the tortilla soup combo with potato flautas)
