A taco is a traditional Mexican dish composed of a corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled around a filling. A taco can be made with a variety of fillings, including beef, chicken, seafood, vegetables and cheese, allowing for great versatility and variety.

The beef sirloin is cut from the rear back portion of the animal, continuing off the short loin from which T-bone, porterhouse, and club steaks are cut.

Al pastor (Spanish; “Shepherd style”) consists of shaved pork. Less common alternatives include fish and sausage. It is often served wrapped in a tortilla, and is a common fast food item in The Middle East, Europe, the Caucasus, North America and Australia.
